Stéphane has trained, coached and consulted with over 10,000 Global 200 executives responsible for their company's transnational operations. Cartus Global Performance Solutions partners with companies worldwide to develop their organizational capability and their employees' individual competencies to work effectively across multiple borders and boundaries.
Prior to joining Cartus, Stéphane managed international marketing functions for a number of U.S. - and Europe-based organizations. He also served a tour of duty in the Belgian contingent of NATO in Germany. Stéphane completed his studies in International Management at ISESM, Belgium, and his M.B.A. degree with Highest Honors in international business administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Currently living in Chicago, he was born and raised in Belgium, and has lived in both France and Germany.
Stéphane serves on the faculties of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He speaks English and French fluently, and has a basic knowledge of Dutch. He teaches regularly in graduate business schools such as the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and in executive education programs such as that offered at the Harvard Business School. Stéphane has published a series of articles and is a frequent guest speaker around the world on topics such as Global Talent Management, International Management Behavior and Mergers & Acquisitions Integration. |
