Kathi Feczko is responsible for managing Cartus' second largest service center that delivers domestic and international relocation services to clients ranging in size from 1 to 3500 moves annually. The region's territory is comprised primarily of the Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones. Kathi is also responsible for the management of Cartus' Quality Assurance division, overseeing the customer experience data and trending for Cartus worldwide.

Since joining the company over 20 years ago, Kathi has held positions in Client Services, Real Estate Services, Human Resources and Affinity Services. In 2001, she was promoted to vice president, affinity services. In 2003, she assumed responsibility for Cartus' domestic and international customer service delivery.

Kathi was promoted to senior vice president in June 2005. In December, 2006 she was named general manager/senior vice president and assumed responsibility for all aspects of client and customer service delivery for the Central Region. In December, 2008 she assumed responsibility for the West Region client portfolio as well.
