MATT SPINOLO

Matt has global responsibility for Cartus Client Relations/Account Management with a focus on retaining and growing business relationships, developing talent, and designing the expectations and practices that distinguish Cartus from all others. He is also responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance group, currently reporting record-setting customer satisfaction levels.

Matt brings 15 years of comprehensive experience at the highest levels of business and finance as CEO of Primacy Relocation LLC. Prior to joining Primacy, he spent nine years as a commercial lender and credit officer at a top financial institution. He has served as a National Relocation Conference Moderator and Mobility magazine contributing author. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Government Relations Council of the Worldwide ERC®, Matt serves on the Finance Committee and as member of the WERC Board of Directors. In recognition of his contributions and leadership at WERC, he has received the Meritorious Service Award.

Matt’s credentials include Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP), Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS), and State of Tennessee State Real Estate Broker. He received a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College.
