Conference Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing and e-mailed to Shelly Roney, Meeting & Event Resources at sroney@meetingeventresources.com. Cancellations received prior to September 21, 2009 are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after September 21, 2009 and "no-shows" at the conference are non-refundable.
