CARTUS MASTERS CUP
The Cartus Masters Cup is the most prestigious award that is bestowed on a Cartus Network Member and is presented annually to the top-performer in each service category. Based on the nature of services provided, the Cartus Global Network is classified in two broad categories: “All things moving,” and “All things home-related.” The awards will be presented to the network provider who has achieved exceptional quality standards and demonstrated outstanding performance and commitment as outlined below:
- Recognized as a Platinum or Gold “Commitment to Excellence” award winner in 2019, and consistently achieves the highest levels of customer service and overall satisfaction service results.
- Demonstrated collaboration and partnership in developing business strategies that provides Cartus’ customers with cost-effective approaches and innovative solutions.
- Maintains a strong commitment to Cartus’ vision and values – specifically our mission to come to work every day to help our customers and clients succeed.
COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE
The Commitment to Excellence awards are presented to service providers who master the Cartus performance criteria across a broad spectrum of metrics in support of all Cartus business segments. Awards presented are based on rolling 12 service results from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 and will be presented in the following categories:
Platinum recognition is the highest achievement level for overall performance. This award recognizes network members who obtain 95% or above overall favorable service results
Gold recognizes network members who achieve between 92% and 94.9% overall favorable service results
Silver recognizes network members who achieve between 90% and 91.9% overall favorable service results
GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP AWARD
Cartus created the Global Citizenship Award to help gain and promote a deeper appreciation for how our suppliers contribute to others. Winners exemplify our core values of service, collaboration and respect – all fundamental to being a good global citizen.
Awarded annually, the Global Citizenship Award identifies five individuals or companies for outstanding contributions that made an impact on the health, welfare and safety of others, and/or improvements in a communities’ quality of life on a national or international level.
This spirit of giving back to customers, co-workers, neighbors and communities has led Cartus to numerous awards from external organizations, but more importantly, it is this commitment and value that truly sets us apart.
MOVE FOR HUNGER AWARD
There are 795 million people across the globe who face hunger each and every day. Meanwhile, 40% of the food we produce is lost or wasted. Move For Hunger is mobilizing the relocation industry to address this paradox. Since 2009, Move for Hunger has rescued and delivered more than 11 million pounds of food – that’s enough to provide 9.5 million meals – to food banks nationwide. The organization currently works with thousands of moving and relocation professionals across the United States and Canada who are committed to fighting hunger and reducing food waste. This award will be presented by Adam Lowy, Founder of Move for Hunger, recognizing a U.S. domestic mover and temporary housing provider who have delivered the most food through Q3 2019.
