Conference Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests for conference registration must be received in writing and submitted to Shelly Roney, Meeting & Event Resources, via e-mail at sroney@meetingeventresources.com Cancellations received prior to September 30, 2010 are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after September 30, 2010 and conference “no-shows” are non-refundable.
